I'd been doing my job, but workplace documents, reports, and written communication were holding me back.

Through EBE's Workplace training programmes, I developed practical skills using real workplace tasks and documents that were directly relevant to my role.

I now feel more confident at work, communicate more effectively, and have progressed into a supervisor position. EBE helped me build skills that I use every day.

Being out of work knocked my confidence. I knew I had skills and experience, but I wasn't sure how to show that to employers.

EBE taught me how to build a stronger CV, prepare for interviews, and present myself with confidence. The programme was practical, supportive, and focused on helping people succeed in the real world.
